Al-Thawadi added: "In light of these circumstances, we resorted to activating the use of electronic or alternative means presented by the ministry, such as phone numbers and emails, to accomplish some of the work that we can accomplish through these means. We also reduced office hours and activated remote work to avoid contact with others. ".
