The Civil High Court ruled to compel a bank to reopen a citizen's account and compensate it for 10 thousand dinars for the damages that he suffered as a result of the closure of the account, and obliged the bank to pay the expenses and attorney fees, after the bank closed its account without prior notice or justification. On the details of the case, attorney Mohamed Al-Dhawadi, the attorney’s representative, said that his client opened a bank account with the defendant’s bank in September 2014, and he continued to conduct many bank transactions on this account.
