Lawyer Muhammad al-Dhawadi reported that the Labor Great Court had ruled to compensate an Arab employee who was working in a hotel, which was arbitrarily dismissed from her work; In view of her refusal to request the hotel management to remove her headscarf, the court obliged the hotel to pay in its favor an amount of 5726 dinars for the damage caused by the management to her as a result of losing her job; Especially since the hotel was unable to justify the reason for its dismissal from its work, as well as proving that the hotel management had lied to it with documents it submitted.
